An International Law firm with over offices globally in the UK, Europe, and Asia.

The ideal candidate will have experience of all aspects of both inter parties costs and solicitor/client costs work.

The appointed Costs Lawyer/Draftperson will demonstrate a genuinely commercial approach, focussed on obtaining the best possible result for the team / business. They must also be confident to deal with external providers and ensure a suitable level of service is provided.

Essential & Desirable Criteria

Ability to work collaboratively with the Costs Manager and other Costs lawyers as well as the fee earning teams

Costs lawyer/Draftsman with at least 3-4 years’ practical experience

Knowledge of dealing with arbitration proceedings.
