 Salary £40-£60,000

The role

This role provides a legal costs service which is trusted and valued, efficient and effective and to ensure positive outcomes for the members.

Duties include

• Dealing with Defendant clinical negligence costs disputes for multi & fast track costs disputes
• Costs Budgeting
• Prepared Points of Dispute
• Handled own case load
• Proven understanding of the CPR and claims process
• Technical expertise and knowledge in legal costs

Requirements

• Qualified Costs Lawyer with minimum 4 years’ experience
