Salary £45-£55,000 – possible more for exceptional senior candidates

The role

An excellent opportunity to undertake cradle to grave costs work in accordance with the firms SLA.

Duties include

• Drafting bills of costs across PI, industrial disease, clinical negligence, commercial and credit claims
• Preparing schedules, statements for trial, and CCMC documentation
• Advising clients on recovery and technical costs issues
• Working with modern case management and costs software (Proclaim & Costs Master)

Requirements

If you can draft bills of costs and negotiate Precedent H budgets and know the detailed assessment under CPR Part 47 inside out this role could be for you.
