The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, capable of handling volume drafting and consistently achieving high value cost recoveries. Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating legal costs, ensuring timely and precise submission
• Utilising Proclaim and CostsMaster software to manage caseloads effectively
• Handling Housing Disrepair (HDR) claims, with prior experience preferred
• Working autonomously to meet recovery targets within required timeframes
• Collaborating with solicitors to optimise case outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in costs drafting
• Proficiency in Proclaim and CostsMaster software
• Prior exposure to Housing Disrepair (HDR) cases is preferred but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume drafting and cost recovery
• Bonus-driven mindset, with a strong focus on financial performance
• North West-based candidates preferred; fully remote options available for experienced professionals meeting all criteria
